Jason

Jason Eicher - President

Jason Eicher is a founder of Versacor Enterprises, LLC and a 28-year pest management industry veteran.  Jason’s vision of Versacor is encompassed in the company’s Mission Statement and Core Values of being recognized as a premium service company devoted to quality, environmental stewardship and an unwavering commitment to our employees and clients.

As President, Jason believes that the people of Versacor are the most important contributors to the company’s success. His teams demonstrate a passion for serving the client and a commitment to being the best in our industry.  Versacor Enterprises, LLC has been and continues to be recognized as one of the largest and fastest growing pest management companies in the United States.

Before founding Versacor, Jason was a Regional Vice President for a national commercial pest management company where he managed a 17-state region.  He started in the pest industry in 1997 running branch operations before assuming responsibility for a multi-state operation. Prior to entering the pest management field, Jason worked for a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, based electric utility company as an engineer.  He is a graduate of Grove City College where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Metallurgical Engineering.  He resides in Southlake, Texas, with his wife, Ana.


Jacob Eicher

Jacob Eicher - VP of Operations

Jacob Eicher serves as the VP of Operations at Versacor Enterprises, LLC where he is responsible for all branch operations, growth strategies as well as Technical Services, Marketing and Account Management. As a second-generation owner, Jacob brings a unique perspective to the company, combining deep-rooted commitment with innovative strategies.

Prior to joining Versacor, Jacob held multiple roles in the petroleum engineering field during a nine-year career working for Noble Energy and Chevron USA.  He oversaw both domestic and international engineering operations, focusing on technical and economic aspects.  He has cultivated strong expertise in streamlining processes and optimizing performance.

Jacob attended Marietta College where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering.  Jacob now resides in Grapevine, Texas with his wife, Ann. 


Mark

Mark Madere - VP of Finance

Mark Madere is responsible for all financial and operational accounting functions for Versacor Enterprises, LLC. As VP of Finance for Versacor, Mark develops and maintains financial controls and oversees accounting activities for the company including financial statement preparation, accounts payable, procurement, insurance and regulatory compliance. 

Prior to working with Versacor, Mark served in several different accounting and finance positions within the automotive, telecommunication and energy industries over a successful 38-year career. Mark specializes in planning and analysis, sales and financial forecasting, and creating operational efficiencies.

Mark earned his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and is a Certified Public Accountant.


Patti

Patti Flores - Human Resources Manager 

Patti joined Versacor in 2014 as the Human Resources Manager. She has 30 years of HR experience, with a background in the insurance, technology, and manufacturing industries. Patti earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Central Washington University in Ellensburg, WA.

Patti manages Human Resource services, policies and programs for the company. She is responsible for the health and safety of the workforce, ongoing professional development of associates, and fostering an associate-oriented company culture. She also administers payroll and manages associate benefits.


Chris

Chris Blakley - Business Development Manager

Chris Blakley is the Business Development Manager for Versacor Enterprises, LLC with the responsibility of company organic growth in both current and emerging markets, development of new sales executives, and implementation of sales support strategies.

Chris joined Versacor in 2020 as a Strategic Account Executive. Prior to joining Versacor, he spent four years in the pest industry as a National Account Business Development Manager and 15 years in executive leadership positions prior to that. He has been a speaker at numerous conferences and is an experienced trainer in leadership development. Additionally, Chris serves as a committee member on a variety of local and state associations in an effort to support professionals and local businesses.

He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from William’s Baptist University as well as a Master of Education degree from Southwestern Seminary. Chris and his wife, Rashan, have lived in the DFW metroplex since 2009 and have three adult children.


Ryan

Ryan Gates - Technical Services Manager

Ryan Gates is the Technical Services Manager for Versacor Enterprises, LLC and is responsible for safety, training, technical services and information technology. He develops and oversees initial classroom training of new associates, certified field training and specialized training for company associates. He is also responsible for the development of service protocols and programs as well as IT infrastructure in support of our strategic growth initiatives.

He has held various positions in the pest management industry since graduating from college in 2013. Ryan joined Versacor in 2015 and was promoted to the position of Total Quality Manager in January of 2018 and then Technical Services Manager in 2022. He holds a Certified Applicator license in multiple categories in every state in which the company operates. He also has the distinction of being an Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) as recognized by the Entomological Society of America.

Ryan graduated summa cum laude from The University of Texas at Arlington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Anthropology and currently resides in Arlington, Texas.
