Our Founding Principles

Versacor Enterprises, LLC was established in 2009 by the four Eicher brothers (from left to right-- Bryan, Jeff, Eric and Jason). The company was founded on the principle that everyone deserves quality and value in their pest service delivered in a way that safeguards the environment. The Leadership Principles were developed to define the company's mission, the values that would guide its decision making, the principles that would shape the culture, and the service commitments that would allow Versacor associates to best serve their clients.

Versacor Managed Pest Solutions

The name "Versacor" blends the ideas of versatility and core values, conveying a sense of adaptability while staying true our foundational principles.

The tagline “Managed Pest Solutions” was developed to exemplify Versacor's commitment to providing sustainable and long-term solutions as well as managing the client's pest program to yield superior results.

Hitting Our Stride

By 2015, Versacor was operating at full stride and was featured in Pest Control Technology magazine (PCT) as an up-and-coming commercial-only pest management company. Just one year later, Versacor would be ranked on the PCT Top 100 list of largest pest management companies in the United States by revenue.

Breaking Ground

In 2015, Versacor marked a significant milestone in its growth with the groundbreaking of a state-of-the-art, 6300 square foot corporate office and training facility in Southlake, Texas. This new facility was designed to support the company’s expanding workforce and provide a modern, collaborative environment for both office operations and associate development.

The building was completed and officially opened in 2016 and serves as the company’s headquarters today.

Growth Timeline

DFW

2009

Versacor begins operations in Southlake, Texas and starts building the Dallas-Fort Worth branch, one account at a time.
San Antonio

2010

San Antonio is selected as the next market to be developed and the San Antonio branch is established.

Wichita Falls and HoustonImage

2012

Versacor acquires a small pest company in Wichita Falls and begins operations there; at the same time, the company enters the Houston market and establishes the Houston branch.

PCT Top 100Home Office

2016

Versacor’s sustained growth catapults the company to PCT Magazine’s Top 100 List, a register of the pest management industry’s 100 largest companies.

Versacor moves its headquarters into a newly constructed 6300 square foot office building in Southlake, Texas.

East Texas

2017

The company opens its fifth branch in East Texas, providing an opportunity to focus more heavily on servicing the food processing industry.

Best Companies

2018

Versacor is first recognized as being one of the Best Companies to Work for in Texas. The company continues to be recognized in subsequent years.

2019

The Austin branch is established. Versacor holds its final IMPACT conference at Horseshoe Bay Resort near Austin which has since been superseded by the Pinnacle Awards, an award ceremony recognizing top performers.

100 associates

2022

The company reaches a milestone of being 100-associates strong.

Ozark

2024

The Ozark branch is established as our seventh branch serving Arkansas and Missouri.

Versacor achieves a longstanding growth goal having doubled its annual revenue in the past five years.

MississippiRegional MapFort Worth

2025

The DFW branch splits and Fort Worth is established as the eighth branch. The company expands east into Mississippi and Alabama and the Mississippi branch is created as the company's ninth branch.

Versacor is internally restructured into three separate regions, each with a Regional Manager, to accommodate the increasing number of branches and company footprint.

The company's training department is branded as The Versacor Academy with the motto, Scientia es Potentia, meaning Knowledge is Power; the Power to Succeed.
