Structural Improvement Program
Structural improvements can be made by the Service Specialist as a means of excluding pests and better providing a true pest prevention service. Services include replacing door sweeps and astragal, sealing around utility entry points and windows, repairs to expansion joints, pest-proofing weep holes, and others. We use only the highest quality, most durable materials available and provide professional installation. Potential structural improvements will be identified by the Versacor Service Specialist as part of their regular service inspection.
